She’s been ready for this. Zara Larsson lands the special edition cover of V Magazine’s V159 Spring 2026 issue, and the Swedish pop star looks every bit like someone who knows the world is finally paying attention.

Photographer Zoey Grossman captures her in full technicolor glory, sprawled on a blue carpet with a vintage iPod, kneeling on a pink bed mid-read, going full rock girl against a fire-engine red backdrop. Bubble gum, lingerie, tiaras, and white tees also round out the looks.

It’s campy, it’s playful, and it is completely her. Styled by Lana Jay Lackey in Coach’s SS26 collection, the shoot pulls from every corner of pop iconography, but it’s entirely Zara.

And the timing couldn’t be better. Her Grammy-nominated album Midnight Sun has the whole world catching up, plus her collab with PinkPantheress on “Stateside” hit the global top ten. Not bad for someone who’s technically been famous since she was 10.

As Larsson puts it herself: “I feel like the momentum is fully in swing, so I’m just trying to hold onto it and move with it.”
