Zara and Willy Chavarria just created the most cinematic fashion collaboration of the year. VATÍSIMO, named after the Chicano superlative of “vato,” a term of deep community love and belonging, brings Chavarria’s signature vision to a global audience.
Zara x Willy Chavarria VATÍSIMO Collaboration

The campaign is pure drama. Shot in Mexico and directed by Glen Luchford alongside Chavarria himself, the images channel the heat and heartbreak of a classic telenovela. Supermodel Christy Turlington and actor Alberto Guerra move through richly decorated rooms and sun-drenched interiors.

They get tangled in a fatal love quadrangle shaped by power, jealousy, and desire. Every frame feels like a scene you were never supposed to witness. The clothes are just as magnetic.

Precise tailoring and strong silhouettes anchor the collection. There are structured pencil skirts, fluid cupro shirts with raw-edge finishing, and premium leather bags and belts. A bold floral blouse in deep black and burnt orange stops the eye immediately.
