Remarkable Paper Pro Move Price and Availability
With a starting price of £399, the Remarkable Paper Pro Move is just slightly more expensive than the Remarkable 2 but considerably cheaper than the Paper Pro. The £399 price tag includes the Marker stylus as standard, however for an additional £40 you can upgrade to the Marker Plus instead.
The Paper Pro Move is available from September 3rd.
Remarkable Paper Pro Move Design and Screen
With a 7.3-inch Canvas Color display, the Paper Pro Move is a more compact alternative to the Paper Pro which has a mighty 11.8-inch screen. The Canvas Color display promises to offer a “seamless writing experience”, which imitates the feeling of writing on paper, while the colours produced are soft and natural too.
Remarkable explains that its Canvas Color display differs to traditional LCDs or LED screens as it doesn’t use bright, flickering lights to produce colours. Instead, the display is made up of millions of tiny ink particles which are then divided into four different colours, similar to how colours are mixed for newsprint.
Not only that, but the Paper Pro Move’s screen is also fitted with an adjustable reading light while reflecting natural light without causing eye strain.
Otherwise, the Paper Pro Move is made up of over 50% recycled metals which Remarkable claims makes it easier to refurbish and repair. In fact, Remarkable has hailed the device as being its “most sustainable paper tablet yet”.
Finally, perhaps unsurprisingly as it’s a smaller device, the Paper Pro Move weighs just 235g making it a more appealing option for frequent commuters.

Much like its other paper tablets, the Paper Pro Move isn’t equipped with an App Store like Google Play, and instead offers limited app connectivity which is mainly for document sharing.
The Paper Pro Move is also equipped with built-in templates such as grids, lines and planners too. However, if you wish to unlock more templates then you’ll need to sign up for Remarkable’s Connect subscription which costs £2.99 a month or £29.90 a year. While Connect is equipped with exclusive templates and workbooks, it also offers the new Send to Slack feature which is an AI-powered integration that lets you share your handwritten notes and sketches to Slack.
Otherwise, the Paper Pro Move also supports ePub files for easy e-reading and the ability to convert handwritten notes into text to send as an email, directly from the device too.
Although its battery capacity sounds pretty small at just 2334mAh, Remarkable promises the Paper Pro Move should see around two weeks of battery life, while 10 minutes of recharging results in up to three days of power. Surprisingly, the Paper Pro claims the same amount of battery life, despite its capacity being over double at 5030mAh.
