If you’re a content creator looking to improve your setup, you might want to pay attention: Razer’s evolving its Kiyo line-up to deliver professional grade image and video quality with the launch of the Kiyo V2 and V2 X.

The Razer Kiyo V2 captures crisp 4K footage at 30FPS using Sony’s STARVIS image sensor technology, promising crisp visuals, lifelike colours, and more accurate skin tones, even in uneven or low-light conditions.

The new webcam adds sharper visuals, smarter software, and expanded customisation that builds on the original Razer Kiyo’s success. Whether you’re jumping on a late-night stream or dialling into a morning meeting, Razer promises it’ll capture you in all your glory. It also supports lossless video encoding across MJPEG, YUY2, and NV12 formats to help you in your post-production editing process.

To take things one step further, Razer has also collaborated with Reincubate to integrate its award-winning software, Camo Studio. Accessible through Razer Synapse, this brings intelligent auto-framing, background blur, and adaptive lighting correction.

The Auto Framing mode follows movement with smart pan, tilt, and zoom for a quick, seamless setup so users are captured in full view. Meanwhile, experienced users get more precise control by manually modifying ISO, shutter speed, and white balance.

Features such as cinematic blur, background replacement, noise reduction, and watermarking also provide streamers with additional tools to work with, without the difficulty of having to juggle multiple software at once.

But that’s not all: Razer is also launching the Kiyo V2 X, a 1440p 60FPS webcam, which has been designed to make high-quality streaming as accessible as possible. This webcam might not have the same specs as the V2, but with a fast autofocus, a wide-angle lens, and a built-in microphone, you can get a stream quality setup straight out of the box.

Both cameras are available now for £149.99/$149.99 and £99.99/$99.99 respectively.
