If you want a stylish foldable phone that doesn’t break the bank, then this Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE deal is for you.
Even though it was a little on the expensive side at launch and purports to be a ‘more affordable’ entry in Samsung’s lineup of foldable phones, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE is actually a great device for those wanting something a bit different to the Apple’s and Google’s of the smartphone market.
It’s got all of the same bells and whistles that you’d expect from a great modern smartphone, but without an exorbitant price tag to match, and now you can pick even the 256GB model up for significantly less.
It was already a budget-friendly option at $959.99, but it’s now going for an even cheaper $759.99. Given the compact nature of the Z Flip7 FE and the foldable 6.7-inch display, you’d be hard-pressed to find another phone with similar capabilities for this price.

The Z Flip7 FE, already well-priced at $959.99, is now just $759.99. That’s a $200 price cut for a month old device, which is a good deal in our book.
For those unfamiliar, the ‘entry level’ FE series of phones has been a long-standing tradition in Samsung’s phone lineup, offering a more budget-friendly alternative to the likes of the flagship Galaxy S series, and now that philosophy is being brought into the foldable phone genre.
Even though it’s not officially labelled as Fan Edition on Amazon, this is still undoubtedly an ‘FE’ level of device, particularly when you look at the specs under the hood. For instance, the phone uses the Exynos 2400 chipset, which may not be quite as fast as the 8-series chips used elsewhere, but it still offers a robust level of power.
Although foldable phones aren’t particularly known for having lengthy battery life, the Z Flip 7 FE does use a 4000mAh cell, which is more or less the same as what’s found on the Galaxy S24, so it should be able to last a full day in regular use.
The real joy of this phone comes in the camera setup up however, which holds a lot of great features. There’s a 50MP main lens, which is great for capturing high-res selfies, while the 12MP ultra-wide camera offers up a great level of detail for the bigger picture.
Throw in the AI features that underpin this phone, which make all of your day-to-day interactions that much better, and it becomes an easy phone to recommend. Given its already lower price tag, the Z Flip 7 FE arguably didn’t have much competition for the foldable phone market, but now that it’s even cheaper, there is none.
The Flip 7 FE is a good phone, and the cheapest foldable in Samsung’s range – but it doesn’t represent great value.
