Ninja is back at it again with another crowd-pleaser, the SLUSHi Max. It’s a supersized version of the viral summer hit.
The original SLUSHi is one of Ninja’s best kitchen gadgets, grabbing four stars in our full review and winning over the entire office.
Now, Ninja’s basically doubled down on what made it great and just made everything bigger – just in time for the festive party season.
The new SLUSHi Max Smart Frozen Drink Maker features a massive 4.4-litre capacity, allowing you to whip up to 12 drinks in one go. So it’s perfect for festive parties, family gatherings, or weekend cocktails. For comparison, that’s nearly double the size of the original model, which is 2.5 litres.
They’ve also packed in some new tech. Inside, Ninja has added the RapidChill Pro Technology, which cools your drinks even faster, without needing ice or blending. There’s the new SlushAssist Technology that automatically senses what you put in and adjusts the blend for that just-right texture every time.
You get six smart presets now, with new models including SlushAssist and Spiked Slush Max. Plus, there are also returning favourites like Slush, Spiked Slush, Milkshake, and Frozen Juice.
Cocktail fans are in for a treat. Ninja’s boosted the alcohol compatibility: it’ll handle recipes up to 20% ABV now, so you can go all out with stronger frozen margaritas or more creative drinks.
Right now, the SLUSHi Max is only out in the US, selling for $499.99. You can grab it in some fun colour combos like the Blue & Peach, Orange & Blue, and Lemon & Mint. If past launches are anything to go by, the UK will probably get it soon for around £450, though some presets might be different.
So whether you’re hosting a Christmas party or just want an excuse to have frozen drinks year-round, the SLUSHi Max looks like Ninja’s most tempting kitchen gadget yet.
