If you’re like me and are perfectly happy with an older phone as long as it’s reliable and offers a solid smartphone experience, then this iPhone 15 deal is one for you.

Although the listing says the refurbished iPhone 15 is £499 from eBay, once you add the handset to your basket then you’ll see the price drop down to just £449.72. That’s nearly a massive £250 off its current RRP.

Sold by the eBay store Cheapest Electrical, which boasts a 99.7% positive rating, the refurbished iPhone 15 is in “excellent” condition. Cheapest Electric explains this means the phone “may have been purchased and returned as unwanted” which may result in “very slight marks on the casing/screen with possible box damage or replaced box”.

For extra peace of mind, the handset comes equipped with a 12 month warranty too.

Launched in 2023, the iPhone 15 remains a brilliant all-rounder for anyone who wants to sit in the Apple ecosystem but doesn’t necessarily care about splurging on one of the latest models.

At 6.1-inches, fitted with a Super Retina XDR display, the iPhone 15 is ideal for those who don’t want a large or bulky phone but still want a vibrant display. Powering the iPhone 15 is the A16 Bionic chip which we hailed as “supremely capable” and able to support high-end games on Apple Arcade and the App Store.

You should also note that the iPhone 15 does not support Apple Intelligence. Personally, I don’t consider this a major issue but it’s worth keeping in mind.

Flip the phone over and you’ll find its dual camera system, which is made up of a 48MP main and 12MP ultrawide. I’d argue the reason to opt for an iPhone is its camera, as it sports various dedicated software tools that ensure photos look vibrant without being oversaturated.

Plus, another benefit of an iPhone 15 is that it sports a USB-C port rather than the outdated Lightning. That means you can use the same cable to charge the likes of your earphones, power banks and even your laptop in some cases.

This deal on the iPhone 15 shows it’s possible to benefit from the Apple ecosystem, without having to splurge on an expensive handset.
