Govee has a new desk buddy for retro fans. The Pac-Man Gaming Pixel Light adds some classic arcade vibes to your setup, with animated pixel art and themed effects that play nicely with games and streams.
This is a collaboration with Bandai Namco to mark Pac-Man’s 45th anniversary, and it is only on sale for a short window.
The hardware builds on Govee’s Gaming Pixel Light idea, only this time you get Pac-Man-style animations alongside more than 150 preset scenes. All four ghosts – Blinky, Inky, Pinky and Clyde – show up in six different effects that cycle between chase and scatter vibes.
Govee also says this is its first AI-powered pixel light, so you can whip up your own sprites in the app and stitch them into multi-layer animations without starting from scratch. There’s even a quick way to drop in simple info panels, like a “be right back” card or a countdown before a stream goes live.

There is a little history here, too. Govee has tried gaming tie-ins before with popular Tetris-inspired panels, and this one leans even harder into nostalgia. The difference is the promise of AI-assisted creation for custom sprites, which should make it easier to whip up a scoreboard for your stream.
This is a fun one for collectors and streamers who love a throwback. Just note the limited sale window and where it is actually shipping before you mash the buy button. Scene changes, brightness and custom animations are all handled in the Govee Home app, with voice control on tap through Alexa and Google Assistant for quick tweaks mid-session.
Between the deep preset library and the simple editor, it is an easy way to give a desk or streaming corner some personality without spending hours building pixel art from scratch.
The set is priced at $139.99, and it’s available. Stock is said to be limited and, for now, it doesn’t appear to be available in the UK.
