Dyson is teaming up with Japanese bag specialist Porter for one of its most design-driven collaborations yet.
The OnTrac | Porter limited edition pairs Dyson’s flagship headphones with a hand-crafted Porter shoulder bag, and with only 380 sets available worldwide, it’s aimed squarely at collectors as much as audio enthusiasts.
The collaboration brings together Dyson’s engineering-heavy approach with Porter’s obsession for functional craftsmanship. Each bag is handmade in Japan from water-repellent materials and built from 77 individually assembled parts, including a new external headphone holder designed specifically for this release.

Every unit also comes with a numbered Dyson tech slice, a resin tag containing fragments of OnTrac components and sketches, turning a piece of the headphones’ development history into a collectible.
Jake Dyson, Dyson’s Chief Engineer, said the project was about creating “something you cherish,” blending precision design with Japanese principles of simplicity and utility.
Visually, the set leans into a navy blue and khaki palette, with Porter’s signature orange lining, all curated by Jake Dyson to echo modern streetwear. The headphones themselves feature CNC-milled Black Nickel caps with a laser-etched Porter emblem, complete with the brand’s mascot wearing OnTrac.
The headphones feature 40mm neodymium drivers capable of reproducing frequencies from 6Hz to 21kHz, which promise deep sub-bass and crisp detail. Battery life is equally ambitious which offers up to 55 hours with ANC enabled, and supported by dual lithium-ion cells positioned in the headband for better weight distribution.
The OnTrac is US Ergonomics-certified, featuring multi-pivot gimbal arms, micro-suede cushions and carefully tuned clamp force designed to maintain an acoustic seal without fatigue during long listening sessions. Like the standard OnTrac, users can also customise finishes, caps and ear cushions with over 2,000 combinations possible.

The Dyson x Porter set arrives 4 December 2025, priced at £649.99, and will be sold through Dyson Direct stores and Porter boutiques across major cities including London, Tokyo, New York, Berlin and Singapore, as well as their respective online stores.
Each package includes the Prussian Blue OnTrac headband, Black Nickel caps, khaki and cinnabar ear cushions, a custom Porter bag and dust bag, and the numbered tech slice in a presentation box.
For Dyson, it’s a showcase of premium materials and industrial engineering. For Porter, it’s a celebration of its 90-year heritage. For buyers? A rare blend of audio hardware and fashion craftsmanship, and one that won’t stay in stock for long.
