Finally: A Supplement That Helps Me Get 8 Straight Hours Of Sleep

0

[ad_1]

I spent 25 years working on a 24-hour rotating shift as a fire captain and EMT. It was the best job in the world—but it took a real toll on my sleep. I sometimes had to function on four to six hours of sleep during a 24- to 48-hour period, and getting back into a regular sleep routine between shifts always took time. That was the “job,” but being able to thrive with limited sleep extended to my personal life. I was also raising two daughters, and being present for them called on almost as much energy but definitely as much focus as being a firefighter/EMT. No wonder I didn’t place much value on quality sleep!

Biden: “If My Republican Colleagues Don’t Fund Ukraine, They’re Gonna Have an Awful Lot to Pay For” (VIDEO) | The Gateway Pundit

Joe Biden on Saturday stopped to talk to reporters posted up on the South Lawn as he departed to Camp David, the presidential retreat in Catoctin Mountain Park in Maryland for another weekend vacation.

Reporters asked Joe Biden about escalations with Iran, the border crisis and Ukraine.

Biden denied there is a crisis at the southern border even though an estimated 11 million illegal aliens – mainly military-age males from Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East – invaded on his watch.

“Would you call the situation on the southern border a ‘crisis’?” a reporter asked Biden.

He blamed Republicans.

“I’ve been pushing them… my Republican colleagues since I took office. I believe we have to make major changes on the border. I’ve been pushing for that. I am ready to make significant changes at the border. And we have been negotiating for the last five weeks, so I hope we can achieve that,” Biden said.

Joe Biden also warned Republicans for refusing to fund Ukraine.

Last month House Republicans blocked funding for Ukraine. On Friday Democrats rejected Speaker Johnson’s demand to secure the southern border in exchange for Ukraine funding.

“If my Republican colleagues don’t fund Ukraine, they’re gonna have an awful lot to pay for,” Biden said.

The Biden Regime has already given Ukraine tens of billions of dollars in military aid over the last couple of years with no end in sight.

HAPPENING NOW… Pro-Palestine Protesters Try to Breach White House, Violently Shake Security Fence (VIDEO) | The Gateway Pundit

Thousands of pro-Palestine protesters surrounded the White House Saturday night and attempted to breach the security the fencing outside the executive mansion in a threat to national security that prompted Secret Service agents and DC police in riot gear to rush to the scene.

“Fuck Joe Biden!” the mob demonstrators are chanting as they attempt to breach the White House.

The metal perimeter was shaken so hard, that portions of it were damaged shunting backward. Secret Service operatives rushed to prevent an absolute breach that would allow the rioters to march toward the White House.

The pro-Hamas rioters are also flinging bloodied dolls over the fence across the White House lawn as they attempt to and lodging them at the Secret Service operatives.

WATCH:

“No votes for Genocide Joe,” read some of the signs they are carrying and, “Joe Biden has blood on his hands.

The riot on Saturday is the second largest outside the White House since the war Israeli, Palestinian war began.

Americans across the country question whether the mob of pro-Palestine rioters will be subsequently targeted by the FBI following the demonstration with a litany of felony and domestic terror charges while January 6 political prisoners languish for the third year in pretrial detention.

The government sought 33 years to life for leaders of the Proud Boys for by standing as demonstrators shook a flimsy bike rack on January 6 in what prosecutors call the “first breach” of the Capitol riot.

January 6 defendants who shook and damaged the fence during the Capitol riot are resoundingly charged with 1512 Obstruction of an Official proceeding, a felony punishable by a 20-year prison sentence.

Reports are emerging that all non-essential White House staff have been told to LEAVE THE BUILDING as a massive group of PRO YEMEN protesters push up on the fences on Pennsylvania Avenue.

If they were wearing red MAGA hats this would be all over the news. According to @Julio_Rosas11 on X, the fence was attacked so badly that the Secret Service and the DC Police had to make repairs. Secret Service agents are reportedly in riot gear.

New Mexico’s Democrat Governor Pushing Another Outrageous Round of Gun Control Proposals | The Gateway Pundit

New Mexico’s Democrat Governor Pushing Another Outrageous Round of Gun Control Proposals | The Gateway Pundit

[ad_1]

Back in September, Democrat Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham of New Mexico basically tried to subvert the Second Amendment, by placing a suspension on concealed and open carry, prompting calls for her impeachment.

Now she is pushing a whole new set of gun control proposals.

It doesn’t matter how bad crime gets, Democrats continue to try to disarm law-abiding Americans.

FOX News reports:

New Mexico Democrat governor slammed for ‘anti-2nd Amendment’ push: ‘Illegally trying to snatch guns’

New Mexico Republicans are accusing Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham of undermining the Second Amendment after the Democrat introduced gun control proposals on Friday.

Lujan Grisham announced that a 30-day state legislative session slated to begin Tuesday that will include “the largest and most comprehensive public safety package in our state’s history.”

The gun control proposals include a 14-day background check waiting period on gun purchases, prohibiting guns in polling places and parks, and a minimum age requirement of 21 years on semiautomatic firearm purchases.

The package also includes the Firearm Industry Accountability Act, which would “amend the state statue [sic] to allow gun manufacturers to be held liable for deceptive trade practices.”

“The constitutionality questions are beginning to be very complicated in the arena of gun violence,” Lujan Grisham said at a press conference Friday. “We are going to continue this effort, following what is going on around the country.

Less than six months ago, almost 2,000 people in Israel were slaughtered in their own homes because when Hamas attacked, they were not armed.

What is to stop a Mexican cartel from invading a southern state and doing the same thing?

Gun rights advocate Colion Noir posted a video today addressing Grisham’s latest move.

Make no mistake. New Mexico is nothing more than a test run. Democrats want to do this everywhere.

Two More Republican Senators Have Now Endorsed Trump for 2024 | The Gateway Pundit

[ad_1]

Trump already has the endorsement of plenty of Republican lawmakers. Now he has picked up two more.

Over the last few says, Senator Mike Lee of Utah and Senator John Barrasso of Wyoming have both endorsed Trump for the 2024 election.

From Politico:

Utah Sen. Mike Lee endorses Trump

Utah Sen. Mike Lee endorsed former President Donald Trump, calling the presidential race a “binary choice.”

“Look, whether you like Donald Trump or not, whether you agree with everything he says or not, he is our one opportunity to choose order over chaos and putting America first over America last,” Lee said during an appearance on Fox News’ Ingraham Angle on Friday…

“Whether you like Trump or not, Americans face a binary choice,” Lee wrote in a post to X, formerly known as Twitter.

“Biden refuses to enforce our border, prosecutes his opponents, & embraces policies that make life unaffordable for hardworking Americans,” he continued. “I choose Trump.”

ABC News has the story on Barrasso:

Top Republican Sen. John Barrasso endorses Donald Trump

Sen. John Barrasso has became the highest-ranking Senate Republican to endorse former president Donald Trump’s reelection bid just days out from the Iowa caucuses.

“America was better off under President Donald Trump’s leadership,” Barrasso said in a statement Tuesday night. “Working with Republicans in Congress, President Trump created the strongest economy of a generation, secured our Southern Border against a lawless drug and crime invasion, and made America an energy dominant superpower.”

The Wyoming lawmaker also attacked Biden over inflation.

Trump thanked him on his social media platform.

“To know John is to both like and respect him, a truly extraordinary man,” Trump said on Truth Social.

There will be many more of these endorsements to come between now and November.

It’s Been Almost a Year Since the Disaster in East Palestine, Ohio and Joe Biden Still Has Not Visited | The Gateway Pundit

[ad_1]

Almost a year ago, a train derailed in East Palestine, Ohio, spilling toxic chemicals that poisoned the air and water of the community.

Joe Biden promised to visit at some point and still has yet to show his face there.

Trump visited almost immediately and got a hero’s welcome, prompting a visit from our completely useless transportation secretary Pete Buttigieg, which was nothing more than a lame attempt to save face by the Biden administration.

In this video, Karine Jean-Pierre is repeatedly asked by the press when Biden is going to visit the town and she just keeps putting them off.

Biden simply doesn’t care. How else is anyone supposed to take this?

Do people realize how many vacation days Biden has taken in the last year? Yet he couldn’t find the time to visit Ohio?

Biden deserves to pay a heavy political price for this in November.

President Trump was scheduled to hold two Iowa caucus rallies on Saturday, but bad weather and cold temperatures caused cancellations.

Trump held a virtual rally in Des Moines, Iowa in place of it. The Iowa Republican Presidential Caucuses are set for January 15th.

He warned of the potential for WWIII under crooked Joe Biden.

“I don’t think we’ve ever been in danger of World War III like we are right now. And I always say, and I say it in every speech, I will prevent World War III.” Trump said.

Watch:

Trump made the comments after the US and UK conducted airstrikes on Yemen-backed Houthi terrorists this week.

Trump called out Biden’s corruption on a lack of election integrity.

“Biden is grossly incompetent. The only thing they know how to do is cheat on elections. They are very good at cheating at elections, and they are very good at also going after your political opponent. But they can’t do anything else; that’s all they are good at. We are going to teach them a lesson,” Trump continued.

Watch:

President Trump also called out the extreme environmental agenda that the Biden regime is pushing.

“They want to go all electric army tanks ok, the problem is they don’t go far.” “They go into obliterate a country, an enemy, because they want to make the atmosphere nice and safe, nice and clean. We want a pure clean atmosphere as we knock the country to hell.” Trump humorously said.

“I call it the green new scam, not the green new deal,” Trump continued.

President Trump’s hard work and common sense are what the United States needs to bring it back from the brink of disaster.

Cybersecurity startups face market challenges

0
Cybersecurity startups face market challenges

[ad_1]

Startups in the cybersecurity sector are facing a daunting market environment, contending with decreased valuations and increasing pressure to sell while competing for vital funding and collaborations. In a progressively saturated market, these startups need to reevaluate their strategies and wisely distribute resources to remain competitive and sustainable amidst the demands of investors and well-established competitors. Moreover, they must prioritize innovation and agility to differentiate themselves from many companies offering similar cybersecurity solutions. By fostering partnerships, developing unique products and services, and continuously refining their business models, these startups can navigate the market challenges and prove their value to potential investors and customers.

Rapid expansion, increased competition, and a daunting market environment

The rapid expansion of the cybersecurity sector in recent years has led to a constant need for novel and inventive solutions to tackle constantly evolving threats. As a result, the market has become flooded with numerous startups vying for the interest of investors and collaborations with established entities. This competitive landscape has driven these emerging companies to push the boundaries of innovation and develop cutting-edge technologies that can address even the most sophisticated cyber-attacks. Consequently, businesses and governments increasingly rely on these startups to protect their digital assets and ensure the security of sensitive data from potential breaches.

Challenges in securing investments

The intensified competition has made it increasingly challenging for cybersecurity startups to stand out and convince investors that their technology offers the best solution for current and impending threats. Consequently, some startups have faced struggles securing investments, resulting in down rounds where their valuations decline between funding rounds. To stand out, many cybersecurity startups focus on providing unique, cutting-edge solutions, such as artificial intelligence-driven threat recognition and zero-trust security frameworks. Additionally, these startups are building strategic partnerships and collaborations to build investor trust and showcase the practicality of their innovations.

Consequences of down rounds

Down rounds can significantly hinder a startup’s growth, limiting its capacity to draw in talent, damaging its credibility, and causing difficulties for future investments. Additionally, these down rounds can decrease employee morale, as they may dilute shares or pay cuts, affecting the overall work environment. Startups must navigate through these financial challenges carefully and strategically to maintain a positive image and continue their growth trajectory.

In addition to these obstacles, cybersecurity startups also confront escalating pressure to sell, potentially curtailing their progress and innovation. This pressure often stems from investors seeking a quick return on their investments and larger companies wanting to acquire these startups to bolster their own security offerings. Consequently, this intense focus on short-term gains may lead to stagnating the cybersecurity industry’s growth, as emerging companies may prioritize profit over developing groundbreaking solutions.

Targeting specific sectors and challenges

To surmount these hurdles, cybersecurity startups need to focus on targeting specific sectors or addressing distinctive challenges, which can allow their technology to shine in a competitive marketplace. These startups can demonstrate their expertise and efficacy in addressing unique security concerns by specializing in niche areas, ultimately increasing trust and credibility among potential clients. Furthermore, this targeted approach helps differentiate them from larger, more established competitors, enabling these innovative companies to carve out a significant market share within their chosen domain.

The cybersecurity landscape

Overcoming challenges in the cybersecurity landscape

Cybersecurity startups must traverse a complicated landscape while dealing with intense competition, down rounds, and the urge to sell. They must remain vigilant and adaptive to the rapidly changing threat landscape, updating their solutions to tackle new and evolving cyber threats. Equally important is establishing trust and credibility with customers, investors, and partners, as these relationships will be critical to their overall success and longevity in the industry.

To succeed in this setting, these companies must concentrate on their core competencies and establish their own specialty within the industry. By focusing on their unique strengths, these organizations can create a niche for themselves, allowing them to stand out among competitors and attract a loyal customer base. Additionally, this specialization will enable them to continually innovate and enhance their area of expertise, ensuring sustained growth and longevity in the market.

By doing so, they can obtain the investments and partnerships needed to continue creating innovative solutions to combat ever-changing threats in the cybersecurity realm. Building these strong relationships with investors and partners provides financial support and leads to exchanging knowledge and expertise from various sectors. This collaborative environment plays a crucial role in staying ahead of cyber criminals to protect valuable data and systems.

Judge Cannon Smacks Down Jack Smith Again – Rejects His Request to Force Trump to Reveal Defense Strategy | The Gateway Pundit

Judge Cannon Smacks Down Jack Smith Again – Rejects His Request to Force Trump to Reveal Defense Strategy | The Gateway Pundit

[ad_1]

Judge Aileen Cannon denied without prejudice Special Counsel Jack Smith’s motion to compel Trump to disclose his defense strategy in the classified documents case in Florida.

In November, Jack Smith tried to force Trump to disclose his decision on whether he would use an “advice-of-counsel” defense in the classified documents case.

This could have forced Trump to waive attorney-client privilege.

Thankfully Judge Aileen Cannon, a Trump appointee, denied Jack Smith’s request.

“Denying without prejudice Special Counsel’s Motion to Compel Disclosure Regarding Advice-of-Counsel Defense. The Court has reviewed the Motion, Defendants’ Opposition, the Special Counsel’s Reply, and is fully advised in the premises. Assuming the facts and circumstances in this case warrant an order compelling disclosure of an advice-of-counsel trial defense, the Court determines that such a request is not amenable to proper consideration at this juncture, prior to at least partial resolution of pre-trial motions, transmission to Defendants of the Special Counsel’s exhibit and witness lists, and other disclosures as may become necessary. The Special Counsel’s Motion is therefore denied without prejudice,” Judge Cannon wrote on Friday.

In October Jack Smith filed the same motion asking for Trump to state his defense strategy in the January 6 case in DC.

“The defendant has provided public notice that he intends to rely on an advice-of-counsel defense at trial,” Smith wrote on October 10. “When a defendant invokes such a defense in court, he waives attorney-client privilege for all communications concerning that defense, and the Government is entitled to additional discovery and may conduct further investigation, both of which may require further litigation and briefing.”

Obama-appointed Judge Tanya Chutkan partially granted a motion filed by Jack Smith’s prosecutors and ordered Trump to say if he will use ‘advice of counsel’ defense in the January 6 case.

Chutkan partially granted Smith’s motion.

“Accordingly, the government’s Motion for Formal Pretrial Notice of the Defendant’s Intent to Rely on Advice-of-Counsel Defense, ECF No. 98, is hereby GRANTED in part and DENIED in part,” Chutkan wrote in a 3-page order.

Trump may be forced to give up attorney-client privilege if Judge Chutkan allows jurors to consider if Trump’s “reliance on his attorneys raises doubts about criminal intent.”
